The
Herb Barn
The Herb Barn is located
in scenic western Maryland in the renovated barn of what
was once known as Windy Acres Farm. The property was a
functioning dairy farm until 1968 when it was acquired
by the current owner and proprietor Rosie Cupler.
Surrounded by 100 acres of fields, woodlands and several
private homes, the Herb Barn is situated in what was originally
the barn’s thrashing floor. Visitors can still see
the original barn beams in the walls of the shop. The
Herb Barn carries a full line of herbs, vitamins, minerials
in liquid & capsule form as well as an array of unique
gifts.
Rosie was trained as a coronary care nurse and worked
in intensive coronary care for three years. She became
interested in using herbs and vitamins theraputically
in 1984 and has continued to educate herself and become
certified in many areas. Rosie is very knowledgeable in
the theraputic use of herbs, vitamins , minerials, flower
essences, and essentials oils. In her shop she offers
nutritional consultations, muscle response testing, iridology,
reflexology, massage, and Rain Drop Technique.
If Rosie doesn't know the answer she'll do her best to
find it .
